Welcome to WeddingDayBloom. These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and your purchase of products from our online store. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website.
Store Information
WeddingDayBloom sells artificial wedding flowers, bridal bouquets, floral arrangements, ceremony decor, cake flowers, arch flowers, wedding arch frames, and related wedding decor items.
Certain products may contain preserved botanical materials or other non-artificial elements. When applicable, these materials are identified on the individual product page.
Products and Descriptions
We do our best to display product photographs, colors, sizes, materials, quantities, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings.
Some floral decor items are assembled, arranged, or shaped by hand, and slight variations may occur. Products may also be compressed or shaped for packaging and shipping. Artificial flowers may require gentle reshaping after delivery. These normal variations do not mean that an item is defective.
Please review all product photographs, measurements, descriptions, included quantities, and selected variants before placing an order. Props, stands, vases, arch frames, flowers, and other styling elements shown in photographs are not included unless the product page specifically states otherwise.
Pricing and Availability
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout before you pay. The price shown on the product page is the price charged at checkout.
We reserve the right to update prices, product availability and descriptions. Changes will not apply to orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per order, or per address if we reasonably believe that an order may be fraudulent, incorrect, placed for unauthorized resale, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or payment-processing issues. If we cancel an order after payment has been completed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Payment
Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders are not processed until payment has been successfully authorized.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Every order is packed and shipped from our location in San Jose, California.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please review our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates, shipping rates, carrier and tracking information, and what happens if a package is delayed or lost.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which includes our return address and the timeframe for refunds. Please review that policy before placing an order.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized items are not offered through this website. If we have agreed to a custom order with you by email, that item is made specifically for you, may require additional processing time, and is final sale — it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information when placing an order. You are responsible for reviewing your order details before checkout, including the product, selected variant, quantity, shipping address, and email address.
WeddingDayBloom is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may harm, damage, disable, disrupt, or interfere with the website, store, or business.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or otherwise misuse our content, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, branding, or other materials without permission.
Intellectual Property
Website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and branding, belongs to WeddingDayBloom or its respective content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Services
Our store uses third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, advertising, email marketing, and website functionality. Your use of these services may also be subject to the applicable third party's own terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WeddingDayBloom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product associated with that claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, supply disruptions, technical problems, or other unexpected events.
