Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wedding Day Bloom. We want you to love your wedding flowers and decor. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible.

To start a return, please contact us at support@weddingdaybloom.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Wedding Day Bloom is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@weddingdaybloom.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and specially requested items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been used, altered, damaged, or installed
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges because inventory may change. If you need a different item, please contact us and we will let you know what options are available.
