Thank you for shopping with Wedding Day Bloom. We carefully pack our artificial wedding flowers, bouquets, and decor so they arrive ready for your special event.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
During busy seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping carrier.
United States:
Estimated delivery is usually 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
International Orders:
Estimated delivery is usually 7–21 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package size, package weight, and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping where available.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Wedding Day Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been scanned by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Wedding Day Bloom is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our direct control.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support@weddingdaybloom.com and we will do our best to help you with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at weddingdaybloom@gmail.com
Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.
